SO if my friends know one thing about me its how OBSESSED I am with pasta dishes. I love Pesto and pasta, Fettuccine, Marinara, pretty much every pasta dish ever. BUT the problem with this its loaded with carbs. Through Jawbone UP App and Bracelet I have learned that I need to cut down on the amount of carbs I have been eating. I eat a lot of good carbs, and I keep my fiber apple green, but with that I eat a lot of bad carbs.
